Welcome to Mon Trésor Spa Boutique. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

“Spa,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Mon Trésor Spa Boutique.
“Client,” “you,” “your” refers to the person booking or receiving spa services.
“Services” means any treatments, consultations, products, or memberships offered by the Spa.
“Booking” means the reservation of Services via our website, phone, or in person.

Booking & Confirmation

All Services are subject to availability.
A Booking is confirmed only once you receive an email or SMS confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our sole discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) on our website at the time of booking.
Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved finance options.
Gratuities are not included but are appreciated at your discretion.

3.1 Final Sale & Product Exchange Policy

All product sales are final. On rare occasions and at our sole discretion, we may offer exchanges (no cash refunds).
We will exchange unopened or defective products reported within 48 hours of purchase, upon receipt of proof of defect (photo and order confirmation).
All facial and treatment services are final sale and non-refundable.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

To avoid a cancellation fee, you must reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) incur a fee of 50% of the booked Service.
No-shows incur a fee of 100% of the booked Service.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time; full fee applies and lost time cannot be made up.
If you’ve purchased a multi-session package and cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll hold your session credit for future booking; unused sessions are non-refundable.

Health, Safety & Allergies

You must disclose any health conditions, allergies, medications, or recent cosmetic procedures at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify Services if we determine a treatment may pose a risk to your health or safety.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects—even when all disclosures are made.
All treatments are non-medical and performed by qualified estheticians. For medical advice, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Mon Trésor Spa Boutique and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal and health-related information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
By booking Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.

Limitation of Liability
