2. Are your treatments suitable for all skin types?
Absolutely. We perform an in-depth skin analysis to identify your Fitzpatrick type, sensitivities, and concerns, then customize every protocol—from peel strength to energy settings—to ensure safety and efficacy.
3. Do you offer online booking?

4. Will I receive aftercare instructions?
Absolutely. Every treatment comes with a customized after-care guide, and we’re always just a call or message away if you have any follow-up questions or concerns.
5. What should I expect immediately after microneedling?
You’ll notice redness and mild swelling—similar to a light sunburn—which typically subsides within 24–48 hours.
6. How do I care for my skin after TWIST microneedling?
- First 48 hours: no hot showers, exercise, or saunas; refresh your pillowcase every 2–3 days.
- First 24 hours: avoid sun exposure and makeup; apply only Dermaroller® Hyaluronic Acid Serum.
- Hydration: use Dermaroller® HA Mask up to twice daily.
- After 7 days: you may gently exfoliate or book an OxyGeneo™ to remove dead skin—avoid any suction devices.
- Home routine (starting 24 hrs post):
- AM: cleanse, optional Hyal C Serum, Moisturizer ACE
- PM: cleanse, optional Hyal C Serum, Lipopeptide with Vitamin A
7. Is there any downtime after Chemical Peels or RF Tightening?
- Chemical Peels: mild flaking or tightness for 2–5 days, depending on peel strength.
- RF Tightening: temporary redness or warmth, but no visible peeling.
8. When can I resume my normal skincare routine?
- After microneedling or peels: wait 5–7 days before reintroducing active ingredients (retinoids, acids).
- After LED or oxygen facials: you may use your regular products immediately.
9. How many sessions will I need for lasting results?
